Stress is a part of life. There is no way to avoid it, so the answer is to find balance. Stress is detrimental to our health. Many of us live in a constant state of fight or flight. Our bodies are saturated with stress hormones and toxins, that when not addressed, result in physical, and emotional symptoms or illness. I can share tools with you that will help you gain control of the stress in your life.
